Stand Alone Simplified Issue Disability: to insure your client an income in the event of disability.  Your selection of 3, 6,  or 12 months benefit periods.  Choice of Monthly benefits from $300 to $6,000, not to exceed 60% of income.  No tax records, no physicals and simplified underwriting.  This can be on an individual or payroll deduct / worksite basis. 

Disability Income Riders: can be combined with Term, Universal or Whole Life Plans to insure your clients security in the event of death or disability.  No occupation class and we can even insure $500 of Disability Coverage for work-at-home mom's or those with no income.  2 year per occurrence or To Age 65 Benefit periods available. 

Qualified Care Benefit Rider:  Are your clients looking for long-term care insurance that comes with choices and guarantees? Qualified Care Benefit Rider is the Answer.  As a rider to permanent life,  the owner elects QCADB benefit percentage, which is paid out monthly when exercised for nursing home, assisted living or home health.  The monthly benefit can be spent at owner's discretion, can be assigned to a nursing home, can be used to supplement other LTC coverage.  Plus, the income-tax free life insurance benefit will pass to beneficiaries!

  • Critical Illness:  3 plan options offering First Occurrence Benefit, Monthly Benefit and Reoccurrence Benefit.
  • Heart Attack/ Stroke and Intensive Care Plans
  • 24 Hour Accident: pays cash benefits to help with expenses that may not be covered by major medical insurance.  Plan reimburses actual charges up to plan maximum.
  • Cancer Plans:  First Occurrence (Benefit selections of $5,000 to $50,000) Benefits paid upon first diagnosis,  benefits paid whether or not treatment received.  Scheduled Cancer Plan pays cash benefits to help with expenses that may not be covered by medical insurance, including radiation and chemotherapy.(Section 125 Cafeteria Plans available).
